Last count was 5,000 at the rally. Jews at a rally are awesome, best overhear from a friend with a HUGE Israeli flag to a cop, “You have enough water?”
haha, seriously I was thinking the same thing…everyone was thanking the cops as we left. On the other side a woman was arrested for threatening someone with her crutch. Oh, I shat you not.
The best; hearing chants of “End the occupation of Lebanon” and wondering why the hell they weren’t, say, placed at the Syrian consulate. Oh, and hearing a woman’s shrill voice screech out “Go home racists.” Like do they think we’ll just say, “Huh…we ARE racists. Yeah, I guess we might as well go home.”
