KFAR is a grass roots organization, made up of members of the community who believe in Jewish culture and its value as a bridge to our heritage and one another. A non-profit cultural venture, our purpose is to promote forward-looking expressions of identity in various strata of Jewish and artistic communities. Although the artists do get paid, nobody profits from KFAR. Unlike a business whose measure of success is financial, KFAR’s profit is qualitative, reflected in the enrichment and strengthening of the fabric of our community.
Help us “make Jewish culture happen” in Chicago. We offer opportunities for volunteering and leadership in our organization and we invite your participation. To get involved, send us an email.
For those more generally interested in supporting our work, we welcome your financial leadership and donations to support our cause. Donations to KFAR made under the audspices of our fiscal agent, the National Foundation for Jewish Culture are tax-deductible.
Thank you for your interest and support.
